Question 1

What does Arté Works do?

Accepted Answer

Arté Works is a digital product studio based in Trichy, India. We design and engineer digital products end to end: product design and UX, web development, mobile applications, backend and API engineering, brand identity, and cloud infrastructure with DevOps. Clients come to us with a business problem or an idea, and we take it to a running product.

Question 2

What is a digital product studio?

Accepted Answer

A digital product studio combines the disciplines that usually live in separate agencies: strategy, design, engineering and operations. Instead of a design agency handing files to a development shop, one team owns the outcome from first sketch to production infrastructure. That is how we work.

Question 3

What kinds of projects does Arté Works take on?

Accepted Answer

Operations platforms, e-commerce stores, corporate and institutional websites, event technology, and mobile applications. Our shipped work spans adventure travel, events, retail, education, consumer brands, and industrial companies in India and Malaysia.

Question 4

How much does a custom web project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends entirely on scope, so we do not publish fixed prices. A focused corporate or marketing site is a much smaller engagement than a full product with accounts, payments and dashboards. After a short discovery conversation we give you concrete pricing in a written proposal, and there is no obligation until you approve it.

Question 5

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

A corporate or marketing site typically takes two to six weeks. A full web application usually takes two to six months depending on scope. You get a concrete timeline with the proposal, and we flag risks to it early instead of at the deadline.

Question 6

How does the process work?

Accepted Answer

Six stages: discovery, strategy, design, build, launch, and scale. You see work continuously rather than at a big reveal, with deployed previews from the first build sprint. The process page describes each stage and what you receive at the end of it.

Question 7

What technologies does Arté Works use?

Accepted Answer

React and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js with Express on the backend, PostgreSQL and MySQL for data, React Native for mobile, and Nginx, PM2, Docker and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure. We choose technology for longevity and fit, not fashion.

Question 8

Can Arté Works redesign or rebuild an existing application?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We audit the existing product first, preserve what customers rely on, and rebuild what holds the business back. Several of our engagements started as redesigns of sites or systems that had outgrown their first version.

Question 9

Can Arté Works work with our in-house team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can own a whole product, or own one layer of it alongside your engineers, with clean API contracts and documentation at the seam. We also hand over fully: your accounts, your code, your infrastructure.

Question 10

Where is Arté Works located, and do you work internationally?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India, and work remotely with clients wherever they are. Our shipped work includes production platforms for clients in India and Malaysia.

Question 11

What happens after I submit the project form?

Accepted Answer

We read your brief and reply within 24 hours. Next comes a short call to understand the problem properly, then a written proposal with scope, timeline and honest pricing. No obligation until you approve the proposal.

Question 12

Do you provide support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Launch is a stage in our process, not the end of it. We offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring and iteration, and most of the platforms we have shipped are ones we still look after.

Ask us anything. Start with these.
